All products sold in our store are digital goods. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and access has been granted.

Exceptions — You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You are unable to access or download the product after purchase
• The digital content received is significantly different from what was described
• A technical error or duplicate charge occurred during payment
